Oakhurst offer a full conservatory
blind service including free consultation
to help evaluate your needs, demonstrating
the products and taking measurements.
We are usually able to offer a
quotation at the consultation.
When orders are placed, we manufacture
the blinds and then install them
at a time convenient to you.
Below is a typical procedure that
is followed to ensure you receive
the best possible service:

Upon receipt of a signed acceptance
of the offer, blinds are manufactured
and an installation date is then
offered to you, which is normally
within 2-4 weeks of the acceptance
being received by Oakhurst.

Free Home Consultation &
Survey
Oakhurst offer a free home consultation
and survey, this can be arranged during
the day or evening at a time that suits
you. Tell us what you would like to
achieve and we will explain all of the
solutions available, and offer our recommendations.
Whilst we take the measurements you
will have an opportunity to view the
ranges of fabrics for conservatory roof
and side blinds and also the various
systems including rollers, venetians,
wood venetians and louvres for side
windows. We normally carry at least
eleven sample books to consultations
and are able to leave you with your
choice of free fabric samples from the
main ranges.
Once a request for a consultation is
received one of our managers will contact
you within 24hrs. If we are unable to
do so we will keep trying. Please supply
us with full contact information to
assist with this. Consultations take
place in your home at a time to suit
you and can take place within two weeks
of the request being made, or sooner
if required.
At the consultation we will normally
be able to offer a quote and issue you
with an offer letter.
Uniquely our managers are qualified
and experienced to take measurements
and to design installations, this offers
three advantages:-
You
do not have the inconvenience caused
by a second visit to take measurements.
All
technical issues are therefore discussed
before you place an order so there are
no nasty surprises.
Time
is saved in the delivery and on costs
also.
N.B With certain very
complex structures it may be more appropriate
for you and for us, if measuring takes
place once an order is placed. However
you still have the advantage of up-front
technical discussions.

of charge and without obligation and
we only make follow up calls when you

Fabric samples requests
Most samples are given to customers
during the home consultation. If additional
swatches are required please contact
us and they will normally be sent out
by first class post on the day of request.
Samples of the main ranges are held
in stock. Other ranges including roller
blind fabrics have to be obtained from
the manufacturer and may take longer. Click here

Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for 5 years
and a full after-sales service is available.
After Sales Service
For repairs that fall outside of the
guarantee and also for cleaning and
maintenance Oakhurst offer a full service
at reasonable rates. With the exception
of fabric and motorised components all
parts are very inexpensive and can often
be provided free of charge for DIY repairs
to systems purchased from Oakhurst. |
